Celebrating over 86 years in business, Asbury Transportation is one of the oldest transportation companies in the U.S. Our original operating certificate was issued by the I.C.C. in 1922. Headquartered in Bakersfield, California, our operation is strategically located to provide transportation and logistic services to California, Arizona, and Nevada. Flatbed Truckload: This fleet operates 25 tractors and 110 trailers. In addition to standard flatbed trailers, we have drop deck, low bed, and stretch trailers. This allows us to handle over width, over height, and long loads. Projects that require special permits or escort services are also available. We also have two hydro crane tractors that can off load equipment at job sites. Our drivers are certified, licensed, highly skilled, and experienced in hauling flatbed freight. Expedited or “Hot Shot” Services: With trailers up to 35 feet, our smaller trucks can carry up to 25,000 lbs. This is ideal when you have small loads or if you need fast service.
